I find myself constantly traveling with my iPhone nowadays. It is so much lighter than my Macbook so it makes perfect sense to carry it around. It's also easier to share my on-the-spot travels, foodie finds and experiences using the apps there. So if you're looking into what's new with me, my Facebook page has the latest sneak peeks, sometimes things I don't post here and travel inspiration =) I try to post whenever possible and if there's WiFi. One thing I have to always remember though is to keep my BB and iPhone fully charged for road emergencies. Thanks to my brother who introduced me to power chargers and saved me more than once haha. I saw the usefulness of this nifty gadget. The yellow Momax iPower Go below is the latest addition to my travel essentials. I've road-tested it in La Trinidad, Sagada, Korea and Bacolod and it's on my packing list now, maybe they would come up with cables for camera batteries next haha =D
Capacity is at 8800mAh and is rechargable for over 500 cycles. It weighs 260 grams at 106 x 78 x 25mm.
One of the things I like about the Momax - It has a Dual USB Output (meaning you can charge two devices at the same time!). Since it's output is via USB, you can charge many models of phones including the iPad, iPhone, other tablets and various smartphones.
My Momax iPower Go pack includes 2 Micro-USB to USB cables (one long - 1m x1 and one short - 20cm x 1). This is for the input because you charge the Momax with a Micro-USB.
I can actually use the extra Micro-USB to USB cable (as Output also!) to charge my BB using Momax when I'm out =D
When I'm in the house, I use my BB charger to plug the Momax directly onto the wall socket so that I don't drain my computer battery hehe.
There are charge lights for the remaining power of the Momax - usually several full charges with my gadgets at one dot so I don't even need to charge the Momax at 2 dots when I go out.
Voila! All set for my adventures =D Isn't my Momax pretty??!!!
It comes in different colors and models. You can check them out at the Momax website =)
Mine's available at Digital Hub, Digital Walker (there's one in Shangri-La New East Wing) and Beyond the Box for P2950.
