#WhereToNext? Costa Rica and the US with #Airbnb! #AirbnbPH

Time flies by so fast. It's almost April and it will soon be the Ber months. I don't usually plan this far ahead but my 2-week trip to Costa Rica with Frontier UK (wee!) is fast approaching (3rd Quarter of this year) and I want to add in a side-trip to San Francisco (fly out back to Manila) along the way. Why? Well, there's no direct flight from Manila to Costa Rica and they have a lot of flights from Los Angeles (fly in from Manila) to the Puerto Jimenez airport so I'm just going to do it all together with few adjustments to the airfare. My living expenses in Costa Rica are all covered so I only have to worry about my accommodations in San Francisco =) I've found a few I'd like to try out so far with a particular budget and location in mind at Airbnb hehe.

First off, you know how much I love going back to Korea and I had my very first experience using Airbnb. I booked a very wonderful hanok and stayed with an amazing host for a few days.

A few months after, I was back in Seoul and J booked another great apartment for a week!

I'd like to think that my Airbnb streak will continue for all my travel experiences. Maybe you'd like to try Airbnb out with my testimonials now hehe. Sign up here. Whether an apartment for a month, a castle for a week, or a villa for a month, Airbnb connects people to unique travel experiences at any price point, in more than 34,000 cities and 190 countries!

So back to the present topic - I toured San Francisco with my relatives a couple of years ago and fell in love with the Golden Gate Park. We had fun exploring it via Segway and well, as always, one day isn't enough and I've been meaning to come back on my own time, itinerary and favorable weather.

I want to go back and eat the gigantic crabs again at the Fisherman's Wharf, visit the Palace of Fine Arts where I want to get married and revisit many more places reachable via walking or public transpo in SanFo! I've also been thinking about booking my own place near the area so as not to bother my aunts and that's why I'm considering Airbnb again...

Here are 2 of my picks.

HackerHome at P1342 - They have female rooms, "fast" WiFi and home prepped meals are encouraged!

GG-Park at P1878 - They have a gorgeous attic room picture, a fireplace, no smoking policy, no pets policy and hardwood floors. It's also seems to be near the park.

Watcha think? ;) Hope you can give me inputs as well... Thanks in advance! One of my long-term goals is to open up my future home to new friends from all over the world on Airbnb, FYI, so I'll keep you guys posted on that! Hahaha. In the meantime, check out other homes available right now at Airbnb if you're planning your trip like me!
